- Defining and designing IT change management process based on best practices (ITIL or COBIT)
- Changes would encompass systems, applications, storage, network, databases and etc.
- Document and maintain the change management policy, processes and standards and ensure that the entire organization complies with it
- Implementing the change management process for the global IT organization, the required governance and supporting technology
- Define and setup framework and KPIs for change management report
- Continuous improvement of the change management process
- Planning and managing support for change management tools and processes
- Coordinating interfaces between change management and other processes
- Work across functions / operational teams throughout the region to support the change management process
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, engineering or similar
- Relevant experience in change management for applications, services, network infrastructure and end user devices
- Experience of working client side in an outsourced IT environment and vendor management against SLA
- Empathy, professional business and service attitude
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong structural skills to turn unclear situations into a well-structured and prioritized list of actions
- Strictly focused on and committed to customer’s success
- Fluently in English and German
- Incident, problem & change management based on ITIL
- Project management (ideally based on PMI, but not mandatory)
