  • Responsible for coordinated implementation of global (Group) IT/IS strategy at the regional levels
  • Focus on systems, software and processes, consulting and supporting business operations related to project engineering and design operations
  • Administer BIM 360 and associated systems and support client (internal) needs based upon group strategy
  • Monitor, manage and report associated usage of systems and software
  • Collaborate with and support regional business counterparts, support implementation, collect requirements and provide vendor management where necessary, all in line with corporate strategy
  • Manage, resolve and report associated regional support tickets
  • Reports to Global Platform Lead for engineering

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree – preferably in IT systems management, data science, construction management, design or engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a EPC company, construction or design company and  preferably in the Advanced Technologies, Life Science and Data Center industry
  • Working experience with associated technologies, systems and software for driving the delivery of design, engineering and construction projects
  • Understanding EPCM processes
  • Basic project management
  • BIM360 experience and knowledge
  • Working experience of BI tools and analytics platforms, preferably Power BI
  • An understanding of enterprise application architecture
  • Effective verbal english language communication skills
  • Ability to use independent judgment, problem‐solving ability, self‐starting and ability to prioritize based on relevant factors
  • Some coding skills are preferable
  • Basic knowledge of design and engineering products and vendors (Autodesk, Bentley, etc)
  • Preferential: 5‐8 years’ project experience that has enabled an all-round understanding of a typical project lifecycle in the EPCM industry
