Aufgaben
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Sales & Customer Service:
-Active support and advice for our customers in the Make Up department Make Up, Skin -Care, Hair Care,Fragrance)and beauty trends on the sales floor
-Living the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing)
-Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye level
-Passing on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news
Services:
-Continuous further development of your own expertise
-Sharing your own expertise with the team
-Short and insightful services in all departments
-Implementation of beauty classes
-Responsibility for the Beauty Hub
-Development of team looks to support brands, trends and animations
Operations:
-Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
-Assortment and merchandise maintenance
-Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
-Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
-Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
-Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
-Carrying out inventories
-Operating cash register
-Additional tasks related to the daily business
KPIs:
-Conversion Rate
-Items per basket
-Average basket
-Customer feedback/satisfaction
-Number of services
Personal Skills:
-Communicative, reliable, organized
-Team spirit
-Open, motivating and friendly manner
Experience & Technical Skills:
-Completed training in the respective departments (training period: at least 6 months)
-At least 3 years of professional experience in the Make Up department
-Excellent communication skills with customers
-Mature experience in retail, consulting and dealing with customers
-Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends
-Fluent in English or German
