• Fachliche Führung des Teams Entwicklung in der mechanischen Konstruktion für Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
• Erstellung und Überwachung der Ressourcenplanung für Kundenaufträge und Entwicklungsprojekte
  
• Leitung von Koordination des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses unserer Produkte in enger Abstimmung mit der Produktion
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Leistungsanforderungen, Kostenrahmen und Terminvorgaben
• Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen und Abteilungen wie Produktmanagement, Service, Vertrieb und Produktion
• Mitwirken bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Konstruktion neuer Baugruppen sowie Maschinen- und Anlagentypen
  
• Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Pflichtenheften, FMEAs und Risikobeurteilungen
  

Tasks

• Technical management of the development team in mechanical design for mechanical and plant engineering
  
• Creation and monitoring of resource planning for customer orders and development projects
• Management of coordination of the continuous improvement process of our products in close coordination with production
• Ensuring compliance with performance requirements, cost framework and deadlines
• Coordination and cooperation with relevant interfaces and departments such as product management, service, sales and production
• Contributing to the conception, development and design of new assemblies and new machine and system types
  
• Creation and development of functional specifications, FMEAs and risk assessments

Anforderungen an den Bewerber

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/DH/Uni) der Ingenieurwissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung / Konstruktion von Maschinen- und Anlagenbau / Automation
• Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
• Führungs-, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Freude an analytischer Arbeit und Weitergabe von Wissen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD-Programmen / ERP-Software (bspw. SolidWorks / SAP)
  
• Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von FMEA's, FEM und Risikobeurteilungen sind von Vorteil

Requirements

• Completed studies (FH/DH/Uni) in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
  
• Several years of experience in the field of development / design of mechanical and plant engineering/automation
• High degree of independence and personal responsibility
  
• Leadership, team and communication skills
  
• Enjoy analytical work and passing on knowledge
  
• Good written and spoken English skills
  
• Knowledge of CAD programs / ERP software (e.g. SolidWorks / SAP)
  
• Knowledge in the creation of FMEA's, FEM and risk assessments is an advantage
