Your challenge

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and energetic high calibre professional for the position Director of Food & Beverage.

Summary of position 

The Director of F&B is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Food and Beverages outlets, culinary operation and banquets, providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the food and beverage operations achieve its goals. In addition, he/she must oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that customers are satisfied with their food and beverage experience.

Key
Responsibilities

  • Provide
    a professional, advisory and executive support service to the Hotel
    Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment in
    the areas of Food and Beverages.
  • Oversee
    the resort’s entire F&B operations, including multiple restaurants,
    bars, banqueting and culinary operation.
  • Develop
    and implement innovative concepts, menus, and promotions to elevate the
    guest dining experience.
  • Lead,
    motivate, and coach a diverse team to deliver world class service and
    maintain high standard of quality
  • Manage
    budgets, forecasts and cost controls to achieve financial targets
  • Ensure
    compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate
    with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and drive resort
    profitability
  • Develop
    and implement Food and Beverage promotions, strategies, special events and
    banquets in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Director of Sales.
  • Ensure
    monthly inventory check of operating equipment, beverage supplies, and
    food supplies.
  • Provide
    guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance
    standards and monitoring performance.

    Your skills

    Qualification

    • Holder of an acceptable qualification in Hotel Management from a recognised institution.
    • At least five years of experience in management position.

    • Be of an outgoing, resilient and confident nature
