We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Project Manager to join our team in Berlin.

Your team will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high impact cross-functional initiatives across all areas of N26 while working alongside leaders across Product, Growth, Operations, Compliance and Finance including N26's C-level. You will be one of the leaders in N26 ensuring the correct trajectory of the team and projects.
- Lead independently high-impact projects end-to-end from initial strategic design to delivery execution to ongoing improvement and management
- Collaborate with leadership (incl. C-level) across various functions on company management and strategic topics such as roadmap, business case and strategy development
- Become the central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders including Product/Tech, Legal/Compliance, Customers Operations, Banking Operations, Marketing and external partners
- Lead and facilitates independently problem solving for key company issues
- Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, communications, stakeholder management and leadership in a high-functioning team environment
- From your first day on, you will assume responsibility and take ownership of the team management, your own projects, and external partners
What you need to be successful:
Background:
- Minimum 5-9 years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or a similar role (or even a combination thereof!) ideally with a focus on financial services/fintechs.
- Graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or a related field
- Masters or MBA degree is a plus
Skills:
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills and intense attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently on projects impacting the highest level of the business
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities across departments to develop ideas, identify opportunities and resolve conflicts
- Strong project management, preferably with experience in implementing large projects with senior stakeholders
- Passion for the Fintech industry and an interest in deepening your knowledge of the banking business
